General GM Chat When starting new posts, please specify YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, ENGINE type, and whatever modifications you have made. Chat about all things GM (and related cars). Off-topic stuff should be in the Lounge, and all Model specific mechanical problems should be posted in the proper forum.

This is geeting too freaky.

Three dead and one vandalized

Good to see you are still around to post with us. Yes,the car can be replaced and you can't. I would definately stay under a DR'* care until his ins. company gets in contact with you,IF he even had insurance.

Don't dismiss legal action altogether, there may still be some unforseen circumstances that may warrant it.

Welp. The car has been taken away. Before I let it go, I took a few pics with the cell cam. Just didn't have the heart to use the digital.

It amazes me how one door is totally beaten in and the rear door takes no damage. Is that an NY thing?

I kept the hood emblem and a door badge. Couldn't get into the engine bay. The hood was jammed and I didn't feel like defiling the wreck any more than it was.
