Fixed.......?
First step is usually unhook all (remove fuse) extra devices and aftermarket things you have recently installed.
Second is unhook the elc compressor from power. From 92-95 they are powered with ignition off.
Do you have a stock radio?

Ok, if you cant get it resolved before next Saturday, im going to TRY to see if I can get up there. Its no guarentee since I still have 2 weeks of school left and anything can come up during the weekend, but ill make an attempt. Ill bring my neighbor'* car scanner along with me.
Regarding ELC - You can just pull the fuse for it I suppose if you cannot find the connector.

No I have an aftermarket radio. When the voltage gets low the radio will start flickering on and off. Is that normal for low voltage?
Well I've been giving him advice via IM, told him to remove the boots and clean the cables, but seems insistent on replacing them. fine. Do let us know what happens with that new positive cable.
Yes, and as mentioned, these cars don't have distributors and carburetors, you can't just undo the battery cables when its running, it relies on the battery to make a complete circuit. it SHOULD die when disconnecting it, but its not good for the computer.

Oh, well I feel stupid about the battery thing.... We're still getting the positive cable but I Haven't done anything in the last 2 days.
Although its not much to add but a few days ago we took the starter out and had it tested at the auto parts store. it failed 2 out of the 3 tests that the guy did. And the starter was off a '95 buick century.... Odd. So if the starter is bad could it be the culprit? I'm just floating out there, I don't if it can if it is bad... So thats why I have u guys

Although I doubt the starter is the cause, it should only cause you to have starting issues.

My mother thinks its the starter. So thats why I asked. She wasts to go spend $55 for something unrelated to the electrical problem :insert rolling eyes here:
