So I have to clean that rectangular thingy under my door? Sorry if I'm wrong I'm still a Bonne-newb when it comes to fixing.

EDIT: wait, I cut the tape and pull the wires (just noticed the wires going into it.) and what do I do to clean it?

Ok, I can't get the wires oujt of the ground Buss. I wiggled and jiggled em and they won't pull out. ehhhh Help me guys!
