Ok I got a look at it.
So Do I just cut tape and bring it out and clean it? its that simple?
EDIT: wait, I cut the tape and pull the wires (just noticed the wires going into it.) and what do I do to clean it?

Ok, I can't get the wires oujt of the ground Buss. I wiggled and jiggled em and they won't pull out. ehhhh Help me guys!

EDIT 2: Now shes not turning over right now
Not knowing much of what I'm doing sucks. Now I have all the problems still and she WON'T START NOW!
