That'* a shame about the Bonne. That was one of my favorites! It was gorgeous! I can't believe how dumb some people can be.

But the Comp G is a great choice, and for 26K, not a bad deal at all! Have fun with the new ride, and hopefully you can find out what'* wrong with the Bonne.

Ok, im not goin anywhere! I sure as hell dont belong on the Grand '******' Forum. :P
For those who are interested in parts, let me get them cleaned up and then i will price them and take pictures & post 'em here.
I really wantted to post car pics with the announcement yesterday but i cant seem to get time or weather to do it. they'll be coming soon for sure!

BonneMeMN, i can help you put in into perpsective; ima 37 yrs old w/11yr old & 8 yr old and a wife that cant drive stick.
give me about 5 more years to get them outta the house then hopefully the Solstice will have a Big Block 400 in it by then.

whomever was asking about the PCM, its defintley a BKKH. I wish i had some specifics for you but it was hard as hell getting any info from the dude, he custom did everything- took about 4 months. there * noticeble changes in shift points and firmness, timing curve, no speed limit, and some other things. I'll try and find the old email i had with teh limited info on it.

Oh yeah,
someone PM'ed me about my scan tool. i forgot about that. It rocks! but the one who was asking had a 94 ssei. what i have is OBD II cables/connections that run OBD I software, the 95 bastard child. its called EASE Scantool, look it up it runs for about 350. (or did at the time)

gotta run for now...
PEACE OUT....

The 1994 is the same as the 1995 -they both are bastard years.

Also, on the Alpine deck, what is the model #? I want to look up specs (# of pre-outs, MP3/WMA, etc...) to see if it'll do what I'm looking for in a deck.

still dont think it is fair to you. should have made him fix the bonneville anyway. he is still making money off of you! while yes, you did get a better car out of the deal, you still fattened up his pocketbook. oh well, what the heck...

pics r comin soon if the weather cooporates. You might as well just go to the pontiac site to see it now, its plain 'ol stock. my car is dirty too, i cant wait unitl i can turn my outdoor water back on.

the good news is i finally got everything out that i needed, today just got the rest of the stereo equipment and swappped out the PCM.

i think it was OLBlueEyesBonne asking about the Alpine head unit, its a CDA-7863 60w x 4 MOS-FET FINAL, the manual is located on the http://www.alpine-usa.com site.

I dont have a lot of time right now, probably for the next couple of weeks but i promise it'll all be ready to go soon! And i'll have pics of everything as soon as i get my damn camera batteries checked/replaced.

in the mean time, i am gettin a few things done for the time being. TInting windows, getting stainless exahust tips (for now), silver grill plates, and am gonna order a CAI and a SC pulley.

oh and i gotta update my profile too eventually
