Been a while since an update. I got some work done around the Missus birthday, a long camping weekend, a meet I hosted at my place etc etc. And I've been talking to some guys on ways to solve some fitment issues.

On with the pics.
In the garage with the IC FMHE sitting in place and checking fitment etc.

Got some steel stock and cut, bent, drilled, painted etc to use as a top bracket. Did a little light work on the radiator support to mount to that. Once I make any cut or have any steel exposed, it'* painted or orubberized with undercoating. For a clean install, body clips are installed so that the bolts are held by the clips and not a thin layer of sheetmetal.

The clip is at the bottom of the heat exchanger in this pic

Used holes already in the rad support side piece with the clip to mount the top mount of the heat exhchanger

Every hole has clips and factory bolts. To me it'* the way it would have been done from the factory if this were a factory part.

On to a couple small issues, IC outlet pipe is in line with the 98 alt bracket

One option being discussed is the newer alt bracket and alt. Slightly modding the bracket gives a nice clearnace.

What Dan said; that looks great.

I really like how the supercharger and other parts match the body color. It almost makes it look like a GM-made special edition.
