Len happened to say the right thing on a forum and be local enough to pick up my old motor. He already had the IC and Gen V so he didn't need that from my old setup. Basically though..it'* nearly the same setup that was in my Bonne.
It made one heck of a ground pounding super Bonne that scared most cars off the road. Now it'* time for that motor to show the GP locals how it could be.

Stopped at WW Grainger yesterday for some NPT plugs and fittings for the the FMHE. Need to plug a couple of holes from meth or nitrous in the LIM and then it'* on and it'll be time to pull the drivetrain out of the car.
Downside is I'm outta town for the next four days. Dan..is this what it feels like to have work and not be able to touch it? This sucks.

Last night was putting more stuff together and fixing broken things
LIM went on, but we will be changing that.
Drivetrain came out, bumper cover came off...etc tonight.
It'* a mess in there, and it'll be clean before this heads back in.
They are looking at each other.

Well Tommy... let me run down the last couple of days for you.
I've been sick and down for the count. Except I found a few hours each night in the garage.
Test fitting stuff the other night:
After this picture the penny was JB welded over.
And last night:
Say AHHHHH
Apparently I missed a picture of it in the cradle, it went in like butter. Sometimes you can't ask for things to go easier and that'* just how this slid into the engine bay.
After I tossed this in, a tow truck arrived with a silver Daytona GTP with a dead trans. That was swapped out, test driven etc and left by 11pm.
Dan and I together, would knock them out w/o a question.
