Had that happen to me also. With my 83 Malibu Classic It actually got stolen
4 times in one year.They never could steal anything out of it, just joyriding. Actually,
the 3rd and 4th time the cops got used to this, and brought it back to me both times.
Each time I had to replace the Steering column, motor and trans And not to forget the vent window they broke each time to gain access to car.

I've had 2 cars broken into, my 1990 Taurus, where they took my 3 cd cases, radar detector and subs. The subs where blown, as one would assume they'd leave them since they werent even screwed into the box and I'd taken my amp out a few weeks prior. I lived in a town of 1800 and it was popular for kids to come in from the larger surrounding towns and break into our cars then flee back into their safety zone.

The cops didnt do jack.

And my 1989 Buick LeSabre....somebody busted out the drivers side window with a beer bottle, and then threw the bottle in my car.

The DAY I BOUGHT MY 2000 SLE, my purse was stolen from the floor next to me at a restuaurant, with my new car keys in it, my address, and my money. Dumbass *********. I had to rekey the entire car that weekend to prevent having my entire car stolen. The cops did handle this much better than the yokels in my hometown, but I still never got my stuff back.

I HATE theives....the worst possible, yellow bellied pansy-*** scumsuckers (aside from child molesters) on this earth.

I agree with everyone... I hate thieves, one of the reason I hate them so much is because we all work hard busting our asses going to work and school and actually doing something with our lives and these ******** come along and take these things we've worked so hard to get when they can do the same damn thing.

About 6 months ago, someone broke in my grand prix. They pried the door open, bending the **** out of it, and the entire area around the door. My door no longer opens easily, and water pours in when it rains.

The only things they stole out of it were 4 burned CD"* and the stock cd player along with the steering wheel controls. They broke the radio surround on the dash, 2 of my HVAC *****, as well as scratching the h*** out of the rest of the dash. They also broke the glass for my HUD, which due to the damage, no longer works.

I also had my wallet stolen out of my old fleetwood, and in the process they broke my newly-tinted rear window.
