Unhappy Bluetooth Problems

Hello, I have an issue with my 2011 Malibu Bluetooth connection. The system will
pair with both my Iphones. The problem is when a call is made and it is connected with the car, I can only speak through and hear the call on the Iphone not through the car'* speaker or microphone. When I select Vehicle on the Iphone, I can't hear anything or they can't hear me until I go back to the phone selection. Tried everything I can think of, called dealer they didn't know. Contacted to On Star to have the Bluetooth Service Package installed that I read about on the internet, still no luck. Anyone have ideas?

Are you able to test the feature with a different phone?

The system will pair with both my Iphones, i4s. I tried each phone independently, deleted one then tried the other. Each did the same thing and would not work through the car'* speaker or microphone.
