Default Another bluetooth question...

Everyone is tired of hearing about me and my bluetooth kick, I know, I know. But I have one question, and Moto'* site isn't being helpful. I just got my Moto H700 (headset). This thing is SWEET! But I was wondering if everyone knows how to get it consistantly work for voicedial. It'* paired with my Moto V710, and the bluetooth is always on, so it always connects and will do everything except the voice dial function doesn't consistantly work. Anyone know if this is just a bluetooth thing, or an issue? Thanks.

I don't have any problems with mine. I love the feature especially while I am driving!

Mine works fine with a cheap generic headset and my RAZR.

Does your voice dial work fine from the phone, but not from the headset? If so, you may need to 'retrain' your voice dial numbers while using the headset.

No, the voicedial understands me, that'* not the issue.
Okay, goes like this-sometimes I can put the headset on, it auto pairs and i push the multifunction button and it starts up the moto voice dial system...never touched the phone. Other times, it does the same thing except when I push the multifunction button it just gives me a tone. Then to voicedial I have to push that button on the phone. So even when V-dial doesn't work, everything else does...it'* not like the thing isn't pairing up. This isn't a huge thing for me, i don't mind pushing the button on the phone, just wondering if anyone else knows what this is and if it'* a user error of sorts.

I'll answer for her

Bill, the voice dial should be the same as your Razr. It uses the voice dialing where there is no programming required. I think it is called ObeyMoto...I don't think there is any way to train it.

I'm pretty sure she is just having problems with the activation of the voice dialing...to get the phone to the point that it need to get to to be ready to listen to your commands.
