Default will give you an average national price. Most banks, loan companies, credit unions and dealers subscribe to NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association) for their local area. Many credit unions will let you look at their copy to check the price of your car. Otherwise, check with the reference desk at your local library for the book specific to your locale. The actual book (rather than the web site) should be more accurate for your local market.
