Default Anyone tried Driveworks oil filters?

I saw these on the lowest shelf at Advance. I've never heard of DriveWorks, but their oil filters are priced about a buck lower than everyone else'*.

I wasn't bold/foolish enough to pick up one and try it out, but has anyone else? Comments?

can't say i've ever heard of them.... but if you want a decent filter that isn't ridiculously expensive then WIX/Purolator are the ones to go for.... should you have a NAPA nearby, their ProSelect line is pretty competitive as well.

I would steer away unless you know for a fact they're good filters. Haven't seen many reviews about them, for all you know they could just be a rebranded cheaper filter from elsewhere. Oil filters are not the types of things you want to take chances with. Get a good filter as mentioned above.

My preliminary research shows that it'* probably one of Advance'* store brands. As I said, I have no intention of buying one anytime soon. Not while I can get a Purolator and some Castrol for $17.99 before discounts.
