Bye bye decent corvettes.. Why is GM making the corvette more euroish? The vette is supposed to be an american muscle car, not some euro-like ****..

Come on, it'* a Vette, big supercharged engine, not a little turbo charged one.

I like the fact though you will still be able to choose the 350. I will be weird though hearing a vette that rev'* to 10k.

I actually prefer the sound of the small V8s in European sports cars if we're talking stock vs. stock.

Now modded I love the sound of a cammed American V8.

Hopefully this Vette will be good enough that buyers in Europe, South America and Asia want it and want a lot of them. We need to start exporting cars, not just importing them. I travel out of the country quite a bit and have not seen many late model Vettes.... anywhere.

Vettes are absolute junk stock compared their European counterparts.

Crappy interior, poor gas mileage, not so great handling. Best "super" car in America isn't saying much these days.

Poor gas mileage? I thought the corvette got around 30 mpg highway, and was one of the big power cars that didn't get nailed with the gas guzzler tax.

If you can afford a Vette, are you really concerned about a few extra MPG?
