Considering I'd want to inspect it first, at this point it comes down to a matter of time. I only have weekends off... hard to make a trip down the the US anywhere but right across the border in that time frame.

Truth be told I could probably wait till the spring and then take a few days off before a weekend and venture down somewhere.
