Another one bites the dust./UPDATE
Everything you can see. Cam lobes, free rotating, take a breaker bar and socket (and a HB bolt in case it'* not got one) so you can crank it through. Watch the cam lobes through the lifter sockets.

Went to the junk yard Saturday. Found a 97 that was in good condtion. After 4 hours of rolling in 9 inches of snow and busting multiple knuckles, I had a small block. The guy laughed at me when I pulled my old one out of the trunk of my Neon. He said that he had a hoist in the garage and all I had to do was back up to it.
Spent the rest of the afternoon Sat cleaning the new block and making sure everything was good. Sunday spent all day until 1200AM Mon putting the new block in. Again, rolling around in 9 inches of snow and freezing temps.
For some reason my idle is a bit rough at start up, and accel is very sluggish, but it idles fine after warm up. I'll post more details after I get out of work today.

I need to say this.. Mike you are purely one of the last few guys that would be wrenching in these conditions. I think nothing of doing it.. but many wouldn't do it at all.
Good job, glad to hear you getting it done and back on the road. Any reason why you didn't keep the heads on it?
