hey just wondering if anyone else has an air compressor in their trunk or if the idoit that had my car before me put it in? i got a 92 ssei...and i got it in the trunk...and that stupid pump runs for like 3 seconds every 10 min 24/7 and if i dont drive my car for a couple days its dead...anyone else has this stupid addition?

I think you have a leak in your system somewhere. Yes, it is stock.

I have this feature in my '93. Never had a problem with it. Actually, it'* been very cool to deal with bicycle tires, etc.

my 93 SSEi has it to, works perfectly, i filled 3 basketballs up tonight.

Most people don't realize when they buy their cars that the main reason for the pump is the rear suspension. If it'* leaking, it'* on the strut side of the circuit.

That air pump is one of the cool gimmicks that you buy a Bonnie for! I use mine to fill up my tires at the drag strip.

but mine is missing the hose for it. Where would I pick one of these up? And for how much?

You could try at a local junk yard, i would start there, then if not try the dreaded dealer that over charges...

Since my car didn't come with one either, I swiped my hose out of my parents 2001 Oldsmobile Silhouette.
