This maybe a silly question, but have you checked the fuse?

As long as the ignition key is turned on it should work. If that doesnt work and the fuse is okay based on past experience I would suggest that your rear integration module may have to be replaced. The first time I tried mine it never worked and that was the problem.

Yea the fuse is good. I am taking it in anyways for a few reason tommorow, oil change, low coolant light is coming on in the morning. (I was reading threads on this problem so I will have them look at it. Yes the coolant is a little low but I want them to check for leaks) My alarm doesnt always work, and also the red light doesnt blink for the alarm on the dash. Is the horn suppose to beep for the alarm when I lock the car? My warranty is up on april 7th sooo getting everything checked/fixed before than.

The compressor will only work if car is on and in park (I think). Make sure the connector is clean. Mine was a beeaaach to get to work. Cleaned it then o.k.

Security light depends on how you lock the car. If you use the FOB with door closed it is not secure. If you use either the FOB or door button with doors open the security light will stay on, i.e. car is secure.

The horn will only beep if you have remote response enabled and horn response enabled in your "personalization programming" on your DIC. Owners manual will tell you how to do this.

Here'* what the OM says:
Name: securityOM.jpg
Views: 747
Size: 115.2 KB

The OM appears to read this: to engage security 1) lock door with power lock button while door is open or 2) use the FOB regardless of whether or not door is open.

However...

When I lock my GXP with the FOB and door closed, my security light blinks. When I lock my door with my FOB and door OPEN, the light stays on. I'd be curious if your cars work the same. Maybe my security system is screwed up? Or I just can't read
