Heck yeah. Being nearly the same years you shouldn't have a single problem with lifiting the whole setup out of one and into the other.

You'll need to use the engine, trans, pcm, wiring harness (for engine bay) and axles from your 97. Did both axles survive...... will be your only real issue.

Around 1 day and you are back in the Bonne game.
