You have to admit in the first pic, the paintball looks spooky.

You could start a petition in his neighborhood saying that his car is an eyesore and must be dealt with immediately then that might make him consider your offer. Say if he does take your offer, are you going to fix it up and sell it or fix her up and drive it?

Not trying to take this any further off topic, but, if he says he doesn't want to sell it, why don't you tell him about BC and maybe we'll have a new member and maybe he'll get the urge to work on it too.
