Ive done some reaseach over the past week and have come up with two different options for a performance chip upgrade for the 95 SSEi the first is by far the least expensive but he can only reprogram youre factory unit so figure a weeks worth of down time, he also requires ALOT of complicated hard to disypher information about your car. The second is alot easier to get all of the information, there is a 2 page form to fill out which includes mostly basic information off of your car, he also offers a chip shipped to your door already pre programmed, which saves alot of downtime but really costs a lot more (im going with this route and paying 280 bucks!!!) here is this link
