Default SLE Fog Lights (Can they stay on Solo?)

Probably dumb question, but on my '00 SLE, I can't get my fog lights to stay on without the driving lights goin on too. Not my headlights, the driving lights go on automatically.

Is there any way to have the two white fog lights (with the two yellow signals) stay on without the driving lights going on too?

Thx-TJ

But actually you want to drive with your foglights on but marker lights off?

na, I don't think there'* no way to do that unless you go aftermarket, He just doesn't want the headlights on while the foglights are on.
