Exactly. Perfect situation for a compromise to be reached here. Both items are useful and can be beneficial, but neither is necessarily a necessity.

Personally, my wife and I try to work it to where if I want something, i.e. mods for the bonnie, she gets an equal amount for whatever she wants. It'* worked for 5 years now.

One year, I wanted a motorcycle, and she wanted a very expensive camera with zoom lens and the works. So we both had to wait until we had the money, then we both got it. Compromise. :P
