I FINALLY got my update this morning. I spent the last hour or so, recalibrating my file with L67 settings. That causes carpal tunnel to kick in I tell ya!

Dan, question for ya. I didn't change anything in the Speedo section of the editor. Right now, my PCM has the stock "General, Limiter, Gear/Tire Calc" settings. The new transmission is different. 3.29FD. Rotor=30 Sprockets-Drive/Driven=37/33. (found this in my ATSG manual)
What do I need to change in those tabs to reflect the new trans?

Easy, go to speedo, choose calc gear range. It will show 3.29, change that to 3.69, click commit, and your done.

Ok, thanks Dan. I'll give that a try and see what happens here in a few.
