The good news: It wasn't a Bonneville.
My friend'* mother'* 1997 Buick LeSabre has been having a lot of trouble with leaking engine coolant into the oil pan . . . Gee, haven't ya'll heard this one a million times? They continued to drive the car and I was told the Check Engine light came on at the very last minute before it died. No one in the family really cares about the car as anything more than transportation *cold shudder* so I wouldn't be at all suprised if they didn't notice the temp gauge running high. Still a shame that it happened because it was a very nice car. The funny part is, my friends mom is psycho and even though he hasn't driven it in two weeks it'* still his fault that all the coolant was burned up.
