i dont think the map would keep it from starting. you check to see if you have power and good ground to pcm? ohm wires to icm? make sure they arent shorted to ground?

33 MAP sensor signal voltage was too high (low vacuum) for 5 seconds when throttle opening was under 4%.

Make sure your getting a full 12 volts to the pink wire on the coil. More than once I have had to repair the wiring harness because the splice breaks loosing power to the coil.

Well ihave been busy trying all the things that every body has suggested and so far I have not had any luck.I tested to make sure that I had 12volts at the coil to the cap and I have cleaned all the ground wires on the block,I traced the wires coming out of the distributor and they all don't look broke or burnt, clear to the ccm or the big brain box as I call it.I cannot still figure out WHY NO FIRE OUT TO PLUGS when everything is new? What am I overlooking? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I just had a thought, have you checked to see if the the dist is turning while it'* cranking? Perhaps the timing chain broke and you don't have an electrical issue.
