Default 15X6...? Wheel size

Can our cars run on a 15x6 wheel size or is that too small? Usually its a 15x6.5 or 15x7, can I get a adapter or something to increase that size?

My father is retiring from the Army after 20 years so that is why we are moving. I have family that is in Dormont (near Mt.Lebanon I think) which we will be staying with for a few weeks before we can find a house, then I have an uncle that lives a minute or two by south park, then another uncle that lives in Mars up north. Dont know exactly where we will be staying at yet, but I will let yall know for sure.

15x6 should be fine. The base steel wheels on my parents Olds 88 are 15'*, and the brakes are the same size as my SSE. 6" may be a little narrow for a car of this size. But you could get 205'* on them. I'm not sure what kind of adapter you're talking about.

well, in the snow, narrower = better, so if they fit, why not

(i'm defying convention by putting 225 all seasons on to replace my 215'* before winter... wider, hah )
