In the States, at the 1/4 mile track, what time does the vehicle have to run before requiring a helmet, then rollcage and what time before you can't allow a passenger down the track? You drove it down the track and got that time? If so....Wooooow.
Here'* a good link that describes the detail.

Basics are
below 14.99 you need battery tie down and radiator overflow jug.
Below 13.99 you need a certified helmet
Below X you need a rollbar and 5 point harness.

Thanks Bill, I know of some stock (off the assembly line) cars that do less then 12 seconds, but then again, what are the chances of the average driver making it down the track at that time.
I should check what Canadian track rules dictate. Heck I don't even have a helmet as I know I won't ever be doing below 12 seconds during the rest of my life.

lol....You just made me spill my diet coke all over the monitor Bill. Come now, I should be able to at least clear the 14 second mark in a car.........no, Mind you, somewhere in the 13'* is quick and it doesn't take much of a mistake to loose 1 second........does it.
