I just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know that Dan(Danthurs Senior Admin) has stepped down from Senior Admin here at GMF and has passed the reigns over to me.

We will certainly miss Dan'* contributions. He, along with a couple of others, built the technical resource sections on this forum that we often refer people to. Those sections have become stagnant since Dan started tapering off his participation, and we really should have someone fill that position to keep those sections current and valid.
Having said that, you are by far the best admin this forum has had in the 7 years I have been a member. It has become a much more friendly site, with none of the drama we had on a regular basis. You have my full support.

Dan helped me build this place from two months off the internet to 200 members daily. Forums just don't seem to be what they used to be 8 years ago. We didn't coompete with the MySpaces, FaceBooks, and Twitters.
We all have passions and sometimes you work so hard at them you burnout. I did. Glad your at the helm Mike and keeping the lights on. I enjoyed the ride but the saddle got a little thin.
