You have a 92 and 93 SSEi not too far from you. Basically in the Ft. Lewis/Seattle area. driverjohn2005 and DrJay. Keep that in mind. I'm also just a few hours from you

Come to think about it, could it possibly be the belt tensioner making the noise? Granted that won't be his performance issue at all but just a thought.

It could be, that failed on my car (note the supercharger pic on page 1) and they thought it was a bad supercharger right off, when it was actually a noisy pulley.

Hey can you guys post some pictures of what the coils look like under the supercharger. i cant se the picture that you posted for some reason and i am going to pic up that manual today
