On a Series 1, the pulley is keyed. And it'* steel. You can use a 4-jaw puller, but do it carefully. Use an old belt and some large pliers or a pipe wrench to hold the pulley still so you can remove the nut, then use the puller.

I'd recommend the ZZP or Intense pullers because they are specially designed and redesigned over time for the S2 L67. I had an Intense rep do my MPS way back in the day and it takes no more than 10 minutes if you have this puller.

ZZP'* puller IS the Pulley Boys puller.

I amde a post on MNCGP tonight to see if any of them has anything that'* pretty close to town here. And maybe fore some assisitance. So i guess we'lll have to see how it goes with that.
