PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
before you spend any money on parts, you need to find out what codes are stored in the pcm. a vac. leak can cause that too, a carboned egr valve or a sticking pcv valve also. first thing is to have it scanned and see what the codes are and only then, go from there ok

Problem is, down here only place too get it done is at a garage, I checked Canadian Tire today and it'* $59.95 for the diagnostic. Sounds cheaper too buy and piece and hope no??
I have a client I have too go see tommorrow morning that'* a 2 1/2 hour drive out of the city, should I be worried driving with this problem???
Thanks.
Thanks.
Thanks go out too all for helping me with this problem, and special thanks too Fuddyduddy & Jeffrey whom made me go get a scan instead of just changing the wastegate.
Looks like the problem is (will be sure once new piece is installed) the EGR Valve ($300cd ouch!!)
at that price wish it was the wastegate but glad I took the advice of getting it scanned. Am shopping around for the best price and will change it myself tonight. Let you know then (but the mechanic showed me, he'* convinced that'* it and the codes pointe too a egr problem)
