It cannot be straightened and it certainly won't do it by itself.
It can be straightened!! I went back to the hobby shop today, threw the car in a bay and grabbed a torch. I started the car, held the tach ~2000 rpm. Then I took the torch, fired it up and put it up to the pulley, moving the torch vertically form the nose drive shaft to the top rim of the pulley and it straightened out!! only took about 45 seconds.

Tell me you're joking. Please.

Do you know how much heat you just put on your nosedrive seal? And how weak that pulley is now? Please replace your nosedrive seal and the pulley ASAP. Drive the car in the meantime, but check your oil level and belt wear daily.

Kidding

But it sounds like the theory would work, doesn't it

I told that to boosty on the phone as something I was thinking about doing. His response was, ah...no

AND, speaking of Boosty, he has a good OEM 3.8 that he is sending me

Thank you Boosty

Is it just me or is one bolt in the puller further than the other? Looks like you might have pulled crooked

I believe I had started to take the puller apart, then decided to take some pictures. I think.

If I pulled crooked, that would expain the bent pulley
