No time constraint Bill, she just seems a little louder than before.

In not finding a second */C, I have gone through RollingPeformance (thanks for the link Wren ) and have orderd a snout rebuild kit with the viton seal and new coupler this past Monday. And a special thanks to Boosty for the */C pulley puller that is on it'* way here from CT

Let me know before you start the ND teardown. I'll have some tips and tricks for you. You'll need to take a measurement or two before you begin.

Woo Hoo!!! Just opened the rebuild kit. I recieved 2 bearings, 1 coupler, 2 bottles of */C oil, 1 vitron seal and 1 tube of gasket sealer.

Before I find out the hard way, this kit did not come with a gasket, just gasket maker. The kit is for the snout only.

Do I need to buy a gasket?

The only gasket you need is the SC to lower intake gasket. Advance sells them with the yeller o rings for about $5. TB would be a good idea while you are there and some TB cleaner.

If I do pull the throttle body, does the */C need to come off? I want to do as much as I can while I am in there
