low boost, low power, SES.....what happened?

No, it may damage the PCM on your car if it doesn't blow a fuse quickly enough. 93 was the last year of this feature.

Low AC charge. There are more codes in there if you look at some different lists.

Not on a pre-94. The ECC has no communication with the PCM. All the ECC diagnostics are onboard.
