Time for some history here:
Complaint filed by Jeffrey10X2:
Posted immediately following Jeffrey'* complaint by myself in the Admins/Mods section (note the date):
A reply by my Co-Admin at the time (99bonnevilleSE):
Observe the take-down here:
http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...highlight=floz
And here is the owner of Floz acting like a satisfied customer of his own business (dirty nasty tactics) and the second resulting take-down:
http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...highlight=floz
More complaints:
http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...highlight=floz
And another:
http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...highlight=floz
Wrapup:
http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...pic.php?t=2446
The topics go on and on. Not just here, but on www.clubgp.com as well.
FOR THE RECORD:
The information on www.williamwren.com/floz.html is information I personally gathered from complaintants. Only ONE of the complaintants in that article is listed in this topic (Jeffrey Hahn). The others either did not post, or posted on other Forums, but contacted me directly. In addition, we have two other victims on this forum that have not posted, as they didn't want to scare him into changing his eBay ID again.
As long as he didn't change his identity (for the 4th time that I'm aware of) we could keep an eye on him.
Part of the task the NON-OWNER Administrators (Jim, Don, and Myself) take on here on this Forum is to insure that our members get a fair shake from the Vendors. Call us the watchdogs if you will.
For those that doubt the link between the FLOZ issues and this currently identified eBay seller, there may be no proof, so I can't conclusively determine for anyone if he is indeed Mark Peters, however he responded to my eBay contact by immediately locating Jwikoff'* topic (this topic) BEFORE responding to me via email.
My opinion on this matter is to stay very far away. If you want a rebuilt supercharger, our vendor of preference is www.canadiansupercharger.com or you might also choose to purchase a used but non-rebuilt unit from a PRIVATE seller via eBay, then rebuild yourself as I do (for about $100 additional for bearings, gaskets, oil, and coupler).
Questions of Libel and Slander aren't an issue here. This topic is an opinion expressed by many members of this Forum.
And the seller of this item on eBay, despite his long history with these fine devices even got this wrong:
Ummmm.....it'* quite organic. It'* made of animal fats. In fact, the only two ingredients are Fatty Acids and Phosphoric Acid.

Complaint:
i bought this supercharger/throttlebody package for $775.the performance gains was dramaticlly over stated. also i was sent a 94-95 unit and was told it would work, i installed it and my car wouldnt idle at all. i ended up putting my old throttlebody back on the car. he was to port and polish it too but never polished it. he told me to go ahead and finish it if i wanted to. as part of a refund, he gave me a new airfilter, a smaller pulley for the supercharger, and $75. he then told me that when he got my cores back, he would refund me another $100 and he was to send me a warr. for the supercharger because it was advertised to have a 1 year warr.
i sent it back to him and he got it on march 14,2003. he told me that he was going to send out my refund. now he tells me on march 18,2003, that when he got it back, an ear was broken off of it , which it wasnt when it was shipped, and he wasnt refunding me anything and since i polished it and added the smaller pulley he sent me, i voided my warr and had none at all now. he told me to finish polishing the supercharger because he didnt have the equipment there at the time to do it and he sent me the smaller pulley knowing that i was going to put it on my car and said nothing about voiding my warr. i have heard of several people having problems with him about his customer service and business actions. he also wanted me to send him performance results of the parts i added to my car.
please help me.

Our newest member is Mark Peters. Same name as the Floz owner. Our member claims to be a Pontiac Dealership from Sacramento, so I hope it'* true. I'd hate to have the Floz Mark Peters around here stirring things up so soon after Jeffrey filed a complaint against him. Be on the lookout just in case.

Except for admins here at the bonneville club, you guys don't know my story. I purchased a floz supercharger when mine went belly up. The first supercharger I bought from him wasn't rebuilt at all and was bad withing a couple of months. I had to send it back to him and pay for the shipping out of my own pocket. The 2nd supercharger he sent me was a "performance" supercharger that had been ported and sprayed with a wonderful coat of silver spray paint. Luckly, I had talked to Bill (Willwren) and knew what he was up to. I demanded an oem rebuild and once again paid out of my pocket to send it back to him. The 3rd supercharger that I recieved from him is the one I have on the car. I don't belive it has been rebuilt, but it works without the squeel of bearings on the fritz.
During this whole time the guy I was talking with was "Randy" or his secritary "Darcy" The screen name that he used was "13ourlucky13" I have saved all of my emails that took place. Even though I FINALLY got a resonably good supercharger, I stand 100% with Bill. I feel very lucky to recive a working supercharger, but that does not excuse the effort put forth by floz to rip people off with thousands of dollars in his gain.
Here are his superchargers he'* currently listing on eBay:

You're not alone, John. There are other victims here as well. It was a tough battle with him on that deal, and I'm glad we were there for you to ease you through it.

My story:
I bought a "performance package" from him after contacting him with questions outside of eBay. A ported 94/95 SC/TB combo. It came without pulley because I told him I had one, aluminum shavings galore in the housing, silver paint (that has turned olive), broken TPS and MAF. The TPS was destroyed, and none of the missing pieces were in the bubble wrap he tightly wrapped the TB in, but he claimed it was ok when he shipped it. Nor did he have any more TPS he could send me, or MAFs (this one still works). Having bought the "package" through email, I figured I had no recourse. So I cleaned out the shavings, popped it open and checked out the coupler; it was good. The rotors showed no sign of use. Put it back together and have been using it ever since.
I now have stock 95 SC and TB wating to go on, once I clean the SC and replace its coupler. The coupler in the Flawz (get it?) has developed slop and quite a noise at idle. I may make it and the TB into a project to reclaim from the depths of Mark Peters darkness.

Thanks for looking out for our BC members Bill, Don, John and the rest of the team. This guy is a piece of work (to put it nicely). It gives other honest vendors a bad name.
He needs to have his Ebay privileges removed permanently.

You know what baffles me the most about people of his ilk? It'* that they expend so much energy in their deception, when they could be using that same energy to make/offer a good product.
BTW, really good write up and obviously tons of time spent researching this dweeb. I, for one, certainly appreciate it.
