92/93 are also Teflon coated.

Boosted, that 3" exhaust is costing you power. That'* part of your problem.

At least some 92'* didn't have teflon, mine for example. I read somewhere that the teflon was added late 92, now that I think about it.

The Teflon can be misunderstood. Most people think of it with regards to rotor friction (touching each other) which THANK GOD never happens. It'* purpose is actually to prevent carbon buildup. I'll buy your late 92 facts. I know my 93 has it.

Ok here is some info.

with the belt off the front nose does not seem to have much play, little up and down but minor. Sound seems to be coming from the area of the blades. The MAF inside diameter is 3.35 inches. Couldnt get mm sorry. The SC'* base seems to be about 1 inch thick and the SC pulley 2.8 inches OD .Thats all i managed today.

3" exhaust is costing me power? Why is that?

Thanks

there isn't enough backpressure. Our exhaust is a near perfect setup, 2.5 is just right for your engine, specially slightly modded. Anyone here toyed with 2.75 if we could get it?

Yep, 3" is too big. It'* about right for an intake, and you don't really want to go bigger for an intake, but too big for exhaust...

You're talking the back corner on the driver side, correct? 3.35" is about 85mm, I think the other end of the TB is what you want to measure. You measured the side with the screen, sounds like. If that'* the case, it'* a 94/95 M62.

3.35" is the TB Inside diameter. Didnt take the TB off, but at the actual TB it is smaller then it is where we measured by the MAF .

Took the car to GM today to do a scan on the comuter. My stalling problem turns out to be the CAI. They said its getting too much air or something and specially in the cold its worse. In the dealership it wasnt as bad cause it was warm inside but still did the stalling. So basicaly what happens is when you are slowing down for a trafic lighght or a slow turn the cars idle drops too low and at times just stalls. So Gm saying its cause of the K&N with the pipe.

Now i see alot of you running the CAI , you have such problem?

Who told you that?!?!? Dood, the colder the air, the better...GM says that because its not theirs... ...I can tell you pretty confidently that it is definitely NOT that...

Morons...
