Those look like chemical fuses similar to what is used in a microwave oven. Can generally handle the high current demand, and yet still be relatively fast blowing. They would not be for any OEM equipment in your car.

My appologise Mr. willwren, and that just maybe the case Archon. They say there 10 amp fuses but I guess I can dispose of them now.
