i keep blowing fuses? WTF
well i keep blowing fuse for the Door locks (the 20amp) i have a bad motor in the drivers door the i put on could that cause it and no i been like this nothing to do with the car alarm
Your alarm should be connected to the lock "trigger" wires. The low current ones that go to the factory relay. The fuse for the locks is inline to the "motor" wires. These are the higher current wires from the relay to the door lock motors. I highly doubt that your problem is with the alarm. It sounds like your problem lies in that bad motor or a wire being shorted along it'* path from the relay to the doors.
Disconnect the suspected bad motor'* wires in the door, replace the fuse and hit the locks.
Fuse still good? Replace that motor.
Fuse blows? You have an additional problem to track down.
