Thebelt was getting shredded from belt dressing, like holding sandpaper down on it, there were little sticky particles all over. The only thing is that I've driven in the rain and everything before but it just randomly happened

Your belt routing is wrong. .very very wrong. Please route it like your "pre installed" picture. That is the way they all should be routed on a Series II accessory belt.
Most likely that'* your belt shredding and other issues.

well its not slipping anymore but I need a new belt because the one that does fit correctly is not a smart thing to drive on, thank you all I will update when it rains at night again or if it does it gain or not.

got a hose or spray bottle?
BTW another thing is.. do you have the big plastic splash shield under the car? If not.. maybe pick one up at a local JY. they'll likely laugh at you but it'* a good thing for keeping water out of the engine bay.
