you dont need to take the dash out..its just a lil box..
yes its under the passenger side hush panel...if you dont know what it is, just take everything out and send it, my dad wants it all

yeah i got ur phone number, dad says hes been to busy, and i prefer internet convos, so this is how we do it..

also, since the color is the same, can we get the drivers rear view mirror, and the gas filler door...

throw it all in the same box, ship it off, and ill send ya a good chuck of change

Yeah, but before I send it off I'll need a shipping address. I'd hate to drop it off at the PO without a shipping address -nobody would see it.

Yeah, but before I send it off I'll need a shipping address. I'd hate to drop it off at the PO without a shipping address -nobody would see it.

17068 Hamilton......never mind you aren't gonna send them to me....well if you can get them to the cities here tommorow night or friday AM I can take them down to him this weekend, I'll be in Mankato Friday and Saturday?

just heard from dad...everything is fine and dandy...the module he had replaced was bad and martys new one worked great..thanks for everyones reassuring help

and the mirror looks great marty...

although my bro just did a 180 in it the other night, haha...

Sweet!! Glad that my parts could be of service.
It always is a great feeling when you need a body part and find one in the correct color so you don't have to paint.

P.*. Getting back to your original post:

he has not run codes yet, because of his theory of the check engine light having to be on in order to have codes.
That'* never been true, even back to the first-generation ECMs in 1980. The light will be on for current faults, but most (though not all) codes are stored for 40-80 operating cycles, so they can be retrieved later.
