Default Stock Stereo

Guys,
The display on stereo in my bonnie was on the fritz, the lights didnt light up properly, now NOTHING!!!! Says Boce Dynamic Equalization Is there any way to replace the stereo display? if not is there a replacement deck that anyone recommends?
