I have a 98 SSEi. When the key is out of the ignition every 5 or so mintues my power recycles. It goes off and comes back on. All my CLA outputs, My dome lights, and my car radio and amp (if I hadn't opened the door yet). I am puzzled. I have brand new OEM battery cables and a new battery. Anyone else ever have this problem? Any input or suggestions?

When you say it recycles...can you please elaborate..

The retained power items turn off after only 5 minutes? Are you sure about the 5 minutes?
