Default Horn Relay Location
I bought an RY241 Bluestreak relay replacement, now this particular piece has some sort of mounting bracket, where does the horn relay go in a 92 ssei?

Should be in the Maxi-Fuse Relay center under the hood. I think your 92 is in a different location than my 94.

The horn relay is in the maxifuse relay center under the hood. With the cover off, facing the car, it'* the second relay in from the left.
