Default Location of Horn Relay 1993 SSE

Hi,

Cannot seem to locate the horn relay on a 1993 Bonneville SSE. I ran 12 volts to the horn and the horn works. Look at a Haynes manual and this did not help to locate the relay. Remove the relay plastic cover on the firewall and there is no diagram telling me which one is for the horn.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Rob

Hope this helps out. This is for the 1993 Bonneville 3800 NA. Let me know if you need anything else...

Thanks, that is exactly what I was looking for. Now I just need to get a new relay and should be back in business.

Thanks again,

Robo

OK Cool. I am glad that helped out. Let me know if the relay did the job or not!

Yes, this worked. Took about 10 minutes to change out. Hit the steering wheel and the horn worked beautifully.

Thanks again for the diagram.

Hey, I don't suppose you've got a pic of the passenger side fuse/relay panel, do you? My service manual'* on the way but I could use some "now" help for the boy'* 92 SE.
(ref post: https://www.gmforum.com/t278135/).

Thanks,
Jeff

Great! I did find a worded description this morning but the picture sure helped. I'll post results in my "intermittent dying" thread.

Thanks,
Jeff
