Thats just how it is in my car. I couldn't believe it because my 02 SSEi kept the lows on the the highs but in this one the lows turn off. I wish they would stay on but I guess that is just another change with the model year.

Hey, I'm a GXP newbie here, just purchased mine this past
Wednesday. I already have a fog light out... Does anybody
have any experience with LED H3'*? I'm thinking if heat is
the main culprit in the fog lights failing, would the LED'* solve
this?
