Looks cool. I should try something like that on my Malibu, the trunk lights on it are not lights only reflectors.
As for the delay, I have noticed that on a few cars ( I see alot of cars during the day with all the driving I do), and on those cars it is stock lighting. Have to stay amused some how while driving so I noticed that one day.

I'm not sure on the delay thing. It looks like it in the movie. I'll have to get my helper (aka The Missus) and see if it'* both sides, or if it'* just the vid...
