Default Automatic headlamps

How do i disable the lights so i can turn them on and off when i want to because i dont like them turning on by themselve even though its a convience. I like riding with my park and fog lights on sometimes. I disabled the DRL'* but when it gets dark all lights are on

check out the techinfo.. I have done that already.. it'* just a switch I use to cut ground.. it throws an error on your driver info center thinkin you have blown out headlights.. but meh.. I don't mind it as it just reminds me later to flick the switch back.. and it goes away 15 seconds later.

Ok what im saying is that i have the DRL'* but i disabled them. My problem is in the day time when i put the car into gear the lights dont come on because of the DRL'* being disabled but at night when i put it into gear they still automatically come on. While driving i try to cut the sential(or what ever!) to MIN and then to MAX then to Min again but they wont go off.
