Please take a picture of your dash were the sensor is.. There can be a solar sensor as well as the photocell sensor.

If you get no headlights at night..likely your photocell is not telling the car that the world is dark.

I dont think i can get my camera in at that angle, its the little black dome right in front of the windshield. sseidriver97 told me when he was helping me with my car that itis supposed to be for the twilight setinal but my car doesnt have the second switch on the headlight pole thing under the main one.

Does your car have Climate Control? If so, this is the sensor for that.

No, like i said its an se so its base model but i know how some models came with special things like the compas, the digital heater controls, the twilight setinal and a few other things but all mine has is power windows and locks, **** style heater controls, no tc, no auto headlights I was just wondering if theres a different headlight switch that i could put in to make it auto headlights. I dont really need it but it would be nice feature to have incase i forget to turn them on

If you have the Twilight Sentinel, the photocell will be on the driver'* side of the dashboard, near the windshield post. If the cell is missing from the socket, they're readily available at junkyards. A new one will set you back about $30 from gmpartsdirect.com.

There may also be one in the middle of the dash that'* part of the climate control system.
