Nah...I used white primer

Actually finished it up just now. It'll do for the moment...planning on new paint during the winter/spring seasons. Now that the mechanicals are in order, I really don't have much else to do to her

BMMN...I am growing tired of the mast already. Sharkfin may be in order. Or a GM XM antenna. I dunno yet.

It makes both sides look...very...symmetrical. Not bad...but doesn't seem worth the trouble to me. So maybe I missed it, but whats the alternative? Window antenna? I have always thought that you could get a much better signal from dual window antennas/grids.

I'm running a roof antenna. Yes, you can also run a window ant, or do away with the ant altogether.

Doing away with it, IMO, cleans the rear up...reduces drag...also a slight weight reduction...but the best of all is this....I'm the only one in the club thats done this :P

I cant even Phathum why you would do it like that, but what ever works for you in the end I guess.

Your lucky its a southern car, or that would pop out after the first winter.

I know. If my hands were better I would work out some sheet metal and have it tack welded in place. Thats the proper way to do it.

Did you attach the antenna cable to the chassis ground? I love it!

And yes, how did you do such a good job with no beer?
