when your low beems are on you have 4 lights.
with this when your high beems are on you now have 4 lights.
it adds like maybe 4-6amps more...

ill do some research on this.... what i really need is a car that has that so i can test....

yes very true it is only 4, but my alternator like is about an eighth above the half line at idle, no accessories, with lights, stereo, internal lights, and air conditioner on it sits about a sixth above the quarter line....really workin..

The current draw shouldn't be an issue. LIke Bandit said, your fog lights turn off when the high beams turn on... so, with the fogs, it'd be 55Wx2 + (stock) 35Wx2 (upgrade) 55Wx2.
With high beams, it'd be 65Wx2 + 55Wx2. Not a whole lot more current draw there.
