Under the Hood
this weekend I plan to clean her up and stuf...and see about adjusting the front bumper...but anyway....any tips for cleaning the hood liner...i dont wana use something that will mess it up or make the SSE logo rub off or somethin...

I would say a rag with soaked in simple green is your best bet at cleaning the underhood mat. personally I would just get rid of it, holds heat in the engine bay and every oz. saved is more speed
i think mine is in pretty good condition, its just slightly tinted black, so i wanted to clean it up andthe rest of under the hood...but I was rained out today

The liners are fragile. I'd spray it with simple green, let it soak, then rinse off with low-pressure (non-nozzle) water. Do this a couple times.
Ultimately, I resorted to re-covering mine instead. A couple different times with different materials.
